There is a thing happening in Washington now--people talking about renting their homes out for inauguration week. While I'm sure this does/will/can happen, many people are asking/expecting outlandish prices for doing so--up to $50k for the week.

I made this hysteria the focus of my latest guest contribution to the Prince of Petworth Web site.
